The following reports must be submitted no later than the 9am on the Monday following the match.

IFAB CODES AND DEFINITIONS FOR YELLOW AND RED CARDS

Soccer Team

Yellow Card:

(Y1) Guilty of unsporting behavior

(Y2) Shows dissent by word or action 

(Y3) Persistently infringes the Laws of the Game 

(Y4) Delays the restart of play

(Y5) Fails to respect the required distance when play is restarted with a corner kick, free kick or throw in

(Y6) Enters or re-enters or deliberately leaves the field of play without the referee's permission

Send-Off Report

This report should be submitted when any person on the match sheet (e.g player, substitute, coach, other team official) is sent-off.

Misconduct Report

This report should be submitted to report all other misconduct that does not involve a sending-off (e.g. spectators, club officials not on the match sheet).

Incident Report

This report should be submitted to report any other incident not involving misconduct (e.g. lighting failure, weather requiring abandonment, injuries requiring extended stoppages).

Red Card:

(R1) Is guilty of Serious Foul Play 

(R2) Is guilty of Violent Conduct 

(R3) Spits at an opponent or any other person 

(R4) Denies opposition goal or scoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball (N/A to GK in penalty area)

(R5) Denies a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity to an opponent whose overall movement is towards the offender's goal by an offense punishable by a free kick 

(R6) Uses Offensive, Insulting or Abusive Language and/or gestures 

(R7) Receives a second caution in the same match
